  • Performance Data: We collect official meet results, such as times, distances, places, and other metrics from track and field or cross-country events.
  • Usage Data: We automatically track how you use the App, including log-in times, features accessed, and device details (e.g., IP address, operating system).
  • Communications: If you reach out to us or take part in surveys, we may keep records of those interactions.



3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for these purposes:

  • To Provide Services: To monitor and display your athletic performance, compile meet results, and share data with your coach, parent, or guardian as needed.
  • To Improve the App: To study usage trends, fix bugs, and enhance the App’s features and performance.
  • To Communicate: To send you updates, notifications, or replies to your questions.
  • To Meet Legal Requirements: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection obligations.



4. Sharing of Your Information

  • With Coaches and Parents: Your performance data may be shared with your designated coach and, if you’re a minor, your parent or guardian.

  • For Legal Purposes: We may disclose data if legally required, such as in response to a court order or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
